COVID-19 Update

COVID ADVISORY TO OURPATIENTS:

There is nothing more important than the health and safety of our patients.  To ensure the safety and protection of our patients and staff we have implemented stringent infection control protocols.

Patient Visit Protocols: 

1.  Each patient will receive a  text or call 24 hours before your appointment to determine current health status and recent COVID exposure.
2.  You will be asked to complete all paperwork  online to minimize contact with the staff when you come for your appointment.
3. Maintain at least 6 feet of social distancing between yourself and any front desk personnel.
4. It is mandatory for all patients and staff to wear face covering to cover both nose and mouth with a well fitted mask.
5. Patients will be screened upon arrival including touchless temperature checks. Anyone with a fever more than 99.5 will be instructed to return home and contact  to their primary caregiver.
